Loan Consultant - Mexico

Immediate opportunities now exist at MexQuest Mortgage Corporation for Mortgage Loan Consultants in resort areas throughout Mexico. Live, work, and play in paradise!

The primary purpose of a Loan Consultant is to represent MexQuest Mortgage Corporation and to originate Mexico residential real estate mortgage loans. This includes obtaining applications as well as coordinating and assisting in the processing and closing of loans.

Job Requirements


	Responsibilities

	•			Promote loans through public contact

	•			Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and developers to promote continuous business

	•			Interview and pre-qualify all prospective borrowers

	•			Inform borrowers and related parties of loan options, market conditions, documents, and other requirements needed to close the loan

	•			Complete required documentation and fulfill lender conditions

	•			Review new loan guidelines, programs, updates, and changes

	•			Assist operations personnel in processing and closing loans

	•			Provide status report on a weekly basis


	Education and/or Experience

	•			Minimum of high school education, college degree preferred

	•			2+ years of recent experience in mortgage origination as a Loan Consultant


	Licensing

	•			Valid California Department of Real Estate license

	•			Ability to build quality customer relationships

	•			Operate without direct supervision

	•			Detail oriented with a strong work ethic

	•			Strong sales and customer service skills

	•			Demonstrated leadership skills and strong integrity

	•			Computer literate with demonstrated PC skills

	•			Excellent math, analytical, and time management skills

	•			Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

	•			Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

	•			Bi-lingual preferred (English/Spanish)
